APEST & Can you help us drop a wall?
Like warrior kings of old, when Jesus victoriously completed the ultimate rescue mission, He set captives free and distributed gifts to His people; namely, apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds, & teachers (Ephesians 4:11). What does this mean for us today? To find out, check out Sunday’s sermon, The Gifts who are People. You can watch the message below, or listen to it (including a report on last Friday’s Party at the P.O.) here.
We have one last demolition project to complete before we begin renovations. (Please pray for the renovation permit to be secured in the next week – this is huge!) JULY 22-26 we are taking down a 40 by 12 foot wall that will enlarge worship seating to near 250 and position us to begin our actual build out. We could use some extra hands so please contact me if you could give us a few days, a day, or even just a few hours. Also, if you have any large tarps we can hang to control the dust and serve as a temporary wall, please let us know.
I can’t wait for this coming Sunday when Dan Hyun of Baltimore will be preaching at Restore on something close to the heart of God and to the heart of the gospel – multicultural ministry. Hope to see you at the PO July 21 at 11AM!
